1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CryptoDrawz ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CryptoDrawz.

2. Eligibility

To use CryptoDrawz, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
Not be prohibited from participating in lottery or gambling activities under applicable laws
Not be a resident of jurisdictions where cryptocurrency lottery is prohibited
Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws

3. Account Registration

To participate in CryptoDrawz lottery draws, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Not create multiple accounts or transfer your account to others

4. Lottery Participation

4.1 Ticket Purchases

Each lottery ticket costs $5 USD equivalent in accepted stablecoins (USDT, USDC, DAI, BUSD). All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Each ticket generates a unique set of numbers for the draw.

4.2 Draws

Draws occur every Sunday at 8:00 PM UTC. Winning numbers are generated using Verifiable Random Functions (VRF) ensuring complete randomness and fairness. Results are final and recorded on-chain.

4.3 Prize Distribution

Prizes are distributed according to our published distribution model: 45% Jackpot (6/6 match), 25% Second Prize (5/6 match), 15% Third Prize (4/6 match), 5% Fourth Prize (3/6 match), and 10% Platform Treasury.

5. Prize Claims

Winners may claim prizes directly through their CryptoDrawz account. Prize claims must be made within 90 days of the draw date. Unclaimed prizes after this period will be forfeited and allocated to future prize pools.

You are solely responsible for any taxes applicable to your winnings in your jurisdiction.

6. Cryptocurrency and Blockchain

You acknowledge and accept that:

Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible
Blockchain network fees apply to transactions
You are responsible for the security of your wallet
We are not responsible for losses due to user error in wallet addresses
Network congestion may affect transaction times

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for money laundering or illegal activities
Attempt to manipulate draws or exploit system vulnerabilities
Create bots or automated systems to purchase tickets
Interfere with Platform operations or other users
Impersonate others or provide false information
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Intellectual Property

All content on CryptoDrawz, including logos, designs, text, and software, is owned by CryptoDrawz or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoDrawz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

10. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free service
That defects will be corrected
The accuracy of any information
That the Platform is free from viruses or harmful components

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or Platform notification.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any pending legitimate winnings will be honored.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against CryptoDrawz.
