CryptoDrawz

About

A lottery you can check, and honest guides to go with it.

CryptoDrawz runs a small weekly lottery paid in crypto, and publishes free guides and tools about lotteries, odds and crypto. This page says plainly what we do, how we make money and what we do not know.

What we do

We run a weekly lottery. A ticket costs $5, you pay in crypto, and there is one draw every Sunday at 20:00 UTC. Ninety percent of ticket sales form the prize pool, which is shared by 14 winning tickets. The other 10% goes to good causes, to improving the site and to its developer. Winners come from a public random value and the published ticket list, and every result can be recomputed by anyone. See how draws work.

What we publish

Because we think a lottery should be understood before it is played, we also publish in-depth guides on odds, taxes, fairness, wallets, scams and responsible play, and free tools such as a lottery tax calculator, odds calculators and a verifiable giveaway picker. They are meant to be useful whether or not you ever buy a ticket from us. Read how we write and how our numbers are calculated.

How we make money, and the conflict of interest

We keep a share of ticket sales that goes to good causes, improvements and the developer. That means we have a commercial interest in people buying tickets, and you should read our guides knowing that. We try to be honest about it: our pages say plainly that lotteries lose money on average, show real odds, explain the red flags of lotteries including ours, and link to help for problem gambling. We do not sell placements, and we do not take payment for rankings.

What we do not claim

  • Our draws are verifiable, but prizes are currently paid by us rather than by a smart contract, and nothing has been independently audited. An audited on-chain version is planned.
  • We are not available in every country, and you must follow the law where you live and be at least 18.
  • Nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice.
