CryptoDrawz is a weekly crypto lottery. A ticket costs $5, and there is one draw every Sunday at 20:00 UTC. You pay with crypto and get a lottery number for every ticket.

That depends on where you live. Online lotteries and crypto games are restricted or banned in some countries and states, and we block some countries. You must be 18 or older (or the legal age where you live), and you are responsible for following your local law. This is not legal advice.

No. You only give an email address, so we can send your lottery numbers. There are no passwords.

“Pay with crypto” opens a secure Plisio payment page where you choose your coin (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC and more), and you receive your numbers by email. You can pay from any wallet or exchange that can send crypto, including MetaMask, Trust Wallet and Coinbase.

Every ticket gets its own number, like CD-7K3M9-QXA2B. It is your proof of entry. You get it by email, and you can look up any number on the Track page.

Crypto payments take a few minutes to confirm. Check your spam folder, then use the Track page with your order number (it starts with ORD-). If it still looks wrong, contact us with the order number and we will sort it out.

Tickets are final once payment is confirmed, except when a round is cancelled (see below) or a payment fails. If a payment is not confirmed you are not charged for tickets.

Tickets for a draw close on Sunday at 20:00 UTC. We take the public random value published by the drand beacon at that moment (run by independent organisations, so neither we nor anyone else can know it in advance) and combine it with the list of tickets to select 14 different winners. Afterwards we publish the full ticket list, the random value and the winners on the Draws page, and a button there recomputes the result in your own browser.

Of each round’s ticket sales, 90% forms the prize pool. The other 10% goes to good causes (like feeding people in hunger, helping those affected by war and human-rights work), to improving CryptoDrawz and to its developer. The pool pays one grand prize (50%), three runner-up prizes (10% each) and ten lucky-draw prizes (2% each). Amounts depend on how many tickets are sold.

They depend on how many tickets are sold. With T tickets in a round, each ticket has a 1 in T chance at the grand prize and roughly 14 in T of winning something. There is an odds calculator on the home page.

A round needs at least 50 tickets. If fewer are sold, the round is cancelled and every ticket is refunded in full.

Winners are published on the Draws page and emailed. Reply to that email with the crypto you want and your wallet address, and we pay you. We may need to verify your identity before paying, as the law requires. You are responsible for any taxes on winnings.

Not yet. Today the draw is run by us and published for anyone to verify. A fully on-chain version that holds prizes and pays winners automatically is planned, and it will be independently audited before it is used.

You do not have to take our word for it. The random value comes from a public beacon, the ticket list is published, and the Draws page can recompute every result in your browser. What you are trusting us for is paying prizes, which is why every payout is based on a public result.
