About in three sentences

CryptoDrawz is a weekly crypto lottery with $5 tickets, 90% of sales paid out to 14 winners and a draw anyone can recompute from a public random value and a published ticket list. It also publishes free, in-depth guides and tools about lottery odds, taxes, fairness and crypto. It is not available everywhere, is 18+ only, and prizes are currently paid by the operator rather than a smart contract.

  • Payout: 90% of ticket sales into the prize pool. 14 winners: 1 grand prize (50%), 3 runner-ups (10% each), 10 lucky draws (2% each).
  • The other 10% goes to good causes, to improving the site and to the developer.
  • Draws with fewer than 50 tickets are cancelled and refunded.
  • Randomness: drand, a public randomness beacon run by independent organisations.
  • Payment: crypto through a payment page, or USDC and USDT from a wallet on Arbitrum One.
