Privacy Policy

01What this covers

This policy explains what personal data CryptoDrawz collects, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we try to collect very little.

02What we collect

• When you buy tickets with crypto checkout: your email address, the number of tickets, the amount, the order and ticket numbers, the payment status, and your country (worked out by our hosting provider from your connection).
• When you connect a wallet and buy on-chain: your wallet address and your purchases. Blockchain data is public by nature, and we cannot remove it from the blockchain.
• When you use the contact form: your name, email, any wallet address you give, and your message.
• When you join the waitlist: your email address.
• Technical data: your IP address is processed by our hosting and security provider to run the site, block abuse and limit how often forms can be used. We do not keep it in our own records.

03What we do not do

We do not ask you to create an account or a password. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not sell your data.

04Why we use it

• To sell you tickets, issue your lottery numbers and run the draw.
• To email you your ticket confirmation, and to answer your messages.
• To email you once when draws open, if you joined the waitlist.
• To prevent fraud and abuse, keep records the law requires, and honour self-exclusion requests.

05Who handles it for us

• Cloudflare: hosts the website, runs our database and protects the site.
• Plisio: processes crypto checkout payments. Plisio collects your payment details itself, under its own privacy policy.
• Brevo: sends our ticket confirmation emails.
• Your wallet provider and the blockchain you use, when you pay from a wallet.

06Cookies and browser storage

We use no advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may store your wallet connection so you stay connected. Our staff sign-in uses a secure cookie that only applies to the admin area.

07How long we keep it

We keep order and ticket records for as long as needed to run the draws, handle disputes and meet our legal and accounting duties. Contact messages are kept while we handle them and for a reasonable period afterwards. Waitlist emails are kept until you ask us to remove them.

08Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to how we use it, or receive a copy. To use any of these rights, or to leave the waitlist, use the contact form and tell us the email you used. We will reply as quickly as we can.

You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

09Security and children

We protect data with access controls, encryption in transit, two-step sign-in for our staff, and a tamper-proof record of every admin action. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. The service is for adults only, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10Changes

If we change this policy the date at the top changes. For significant changes we will say so on the site.
